The stern and main deck are respectively equipped with a steering gear room, fuel oil tank, ballast tank, freshwater tank, battery room, charging and discharging board room, CO2 room, kitchen, dining room, storage room, toilet, and crew room. The first part is equipped with an emergency fire pump room. Fore-tip cabin and regulating water tank and cable cabin; crew room, toilet, and storage room are provided on the crew deck; the driver's room including chart area and reporting area is provided on the driving deck.
Set up two cargo holds; the cargo hold hatch cover is a roll-over flat roof (connecting rod) structure weathertight hatch cover. The No.1 cabin is composed of 8 cover plates, which open toward the bow of the ship. The No.2 cabin is composed of 6 cover plates, which open to the stern.
The bilge keel is installed in the bilge to increase the stability of the ship and reduce the ship's sway.
There is a sewage trap on the left and right sides of each cargo hold.
Deadweight, Cargo Capacity And Tonnage
When the design draft is 3.80 m, the cargo capacity is about 3061 tons and the deadweight is about 3270 tons.
Deadweight refers to the difference between the displacement of the ship and the weight of the empty ship at a specified draught. The displacement at the specified draught is checked by the hydrostatic curve table.
Cargo capacity refers to the difference between the displacement at the specified draught minus the weight of the empty ship, oil, water, ballast, personnel, food, and spare parts other than the requirements of the regulations.
The tonnage is calculated in accordance with Chapter 2 of Chapter 2 of the "Rules for Statutory Inspection of Ships and Offshore Installations" (Statutory Technical Rules for the Statutory Inspection of Ships and Offshore Installations) (2011) of the Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China and the requirements of the revised notification in 2012 and 2014.
Freeboard
The actual freeboard of this ship is 1714mm, which meets the requirements of the code for the minimum calculated freeboard (1153mm).
HULL STRUCTURE
Structure overview
The cargo area of this ship is a double bottom, double hull and single deck structure. The double bottom adopts a longitudinal frame structure, with solid ribs set at every third level; the side and inner hull adopt a horizontal frame structure, and every third level frame is equipped with strong ribs; the main deck structure adopts a longitudinal frame structure, with each Three-level ribs are provided with strong beams; a trough-shaped transverse bulkhead is set in the middle of the cargo hold; the engine room structure adopts a horizontal frame structure, in which solid ribs are provided at the bottom of the engine room, and one strong frame is provided for every third-level rib on the side; The superstructure and residential deck adopt a horizontal skeleton structure.
Spacing between ribs and longitudinal of the ship: 600mm.
The material of the entire ship is made of steel that meets CCS approval, and the material is CCSA grade steel, the hatch coaming is made of CCSB grade steel, and the bow and stern pillars are welded steel plates.
The welding requirements of the hull structure are to be carried out in accordance with the "Hull Structure Welding Specification Sheet". The shipyard is to prepare a reasonable welding process to minimize the deformation caused by welding. The welding consumables for welding the hull structure are to comply with CCS Rules for Materials and Welding (2015)
Requirements of the regulations.
The construction plant can classify the hull structure according to its actual situation (shipyard construction site, lifting capacity, construction technology, etc.), and the shipyard should formulate a reasonable construction technology in advance according to the structural characteristics of the ship.
In all liquid tanks on board, there should be water (oil) holes and vent holes on the upper and lower components.
All entrances and ventilation holes (process holes) opened temporarily during construction should be sealed before completion, and the strength and water-oil tightness requirements should be ensured. Temporary supports and various eye plates during construction should be removed before completion. , All welding scars should be flat and polished.
In order to reduce possible vibration, the following measures have been taken on the hull structure:
(1) The end walls of the superstructure and deckhouse are aligned with the main transverse bulkhead, and those that cannot be aligned with the main transverse bulkhead should be installed at the strong frame and supported by the bulkhead;
(2) All longitudinal members have good continuity:
(3) The main engine base extends to the front and rear bulkheads with effective transition;
(4) In the engine room, strong ribs and strong beams with a spacing of not more than 3 ribs are arranged, and they are connected with the ribs to form a solid transverse strong frame;
(5) The spacing between the deck longitudinal girders of the superstructure and the deckhouse shall not be greater than 3.0 m to increase the rigidity of the deck truss. In addition, the windlass, masts, chimneys, etc. should be locally reinforced.
