The passenger cabin is fitted with stackable type chairs and 16 tables not secure to the sole deck with a walkway center. The main heads are located aft port/strbd and fitted with a mechanical flush toilet with natural ventilation.
Compartments:
The hulls are divided into (6) compartments by (5) watertight transverse aluminum bulkheads as follows: Collision bulkheads, void, void, voids with gen sets and fuel tanks, voids, lazarette.
Access and Layout:
The hull compartments are accessed thru a variety of flush manhole/hatches with the bow deck manholes equipped with strong backs and dogging arrangements fitted with watertight gasketing. The passenger cabin hatches are aluminum with gasketing but no dogging arrangements. All compartments are clean and dry. The helm is located upper deck forward, good visibility sides and forward with bridge wings, starboard wing has steering and engine controls. Entry/egress doors, manholes and stairway are in serviceable condition.

Construction
Construction:
All aluminum hulls, decks and superstructure. The hulls are transverse framed with 5"X 1/4" aluminum frames. Transverse frames and watertight bulkheads with aluminum stiffeners stitch welded to hull and bulkheads. Hull thickness is verified with coupon samples at bulkheads, 3/8” thickness aluminum material. Deck beams are 3" X 2” X 1/4 box aluminum
Configuration:
The hulls are pontoon V style with bus style seats in main deck bow. Main deck carpeted interior has custom laminated tables (16) w/64 chairs, upper deck is carpeted w/aluminum tables and chairs, wheelhouse forward. Two heads are provided main deck aft. Two Honda 250hp outboards are installed aft transom. Six watertight compartments makeup the pontoon hulls configuration.
Decks:
The vessel has two decks. The main deck is flat and has a fully enclosed. Passenger cabin with port and starboard aft passenger boarding. There is a aluminum top deck with roll down opening isinglass curtains port, starboard and aft for inclement weather with doors forward for crew access to wheelhouse. The decks are carpeted in good condition.
Bulwarks and Rails:
The vessel is built with high bulwarks at the bow and stern with steel rails securely fitted above. New spray rails added to hulls. The bulwark/rail combination was in good structural condition and well coated with marine enamels. Coatings: Hull and superstructure were newly painted and coatings are in good
condition.

Equipment
Deck Equipment:
The vessel is equipped with three (kevels) cleats per side. The bow is fitted with an anchor shelf with Danforth anchor provided. One searchlight, fitted forward of the wheelhouse powers up. Two doors at the bow P/S are designated crew only, cleats block the passage and should be relocated.

Engine(s)
Main propulsion is provided by Four (4) new 2020 Yamaha outboards, 6-cylinder gas rated at 300 hp each by the manufacturer. The engine serial numbers are 6CEU-1074090/6CFU 1018894 / 6CFU1018548 / 6CEU-1074083. The engines are fitted to the transom.
The starting system is powered by two 12volt wet cell batteries located in voids forward of each engine, installed in acid proof boxes, all need to be secured with straps in accordance with ABYC recommendations and USCG regulations.
Fuel feeds supplied by flexible USCG approved hose. Racor fuel filter/separator with shutoff valve is installed in a good workmanship type manner.
The exhaust system is thru outboard lower units.
The engines are raw water cooled.
The engines are fitted with alternator for battery charging and two 20-amp chargers in electrical panel.
Ventilation:
Mechanical in gen set compartments and deck hatches thru-out.
Water Pumps:
The vessel is equipped with one fire/bilge and one manual operated bilge pump supplied with high water bilge alarms at the helm as required by the USCG. There is a 12volt potable water pump installed. Potable water tank is listed at 100 gallons. Waste water tank is listed at 80 gallons.
Fuel System:
Four aluminum fuel tanks, one @ 100, one @ 125, two @ 200 gals. are installed midship, port/starbd compartments fitted with a fuel gauges at helm. Rracor fuel/separators with shutoffs valve are installed and serviceable. The emergency fuel shutoffs labeled and located in the main deck. All fuel lines and filters show no evidence of prior (stains) or current leakage.

Electrics
Electrical System:
The boat’s wiring system is provided by fuses at the helm with labeled switches, conductors are USCG approved type, well supported and properly connected thru-out vessel. There is a 50amp shore (AC) power and two auxiliary (generators) installed.
All systems are in serviceable condition. Wetsterbeke 15 & 8 kw’s amp gen set powered refrigerator, four air conditioners (72k, btu’s each), three battery chargers simultaneously. There are (6) six 6v batteries for bow thruster in secure covered boxes. Current operator alternates gen sets during season
A sea trial was conducted with no issues observed. Wind-S @ 10-15 knots, current-flooding, air temp 55F. Port tach up 5400rpm’s, starboard tach up to 5450 rpm’s. No smoke, fuel/oil sheen, no skips or unusual vibrations observed. Seller operated vessel with two crew members, this surveyor and two representatives from Poseidon Ferry onboard

Safety Equipment
The life jackets (140-Adult /22-child, Type I’s) are positioned in stern lockers (labeled) aft on upper deck. Two Type IV life ring secured to a strobe light and lanyard are provided and labeled with the vessel name, in addition, man overboard ladder provided.
Fire & Safety:
The vessel has (2) fire hoses (powered up), one B-l, 4 B-II’s, 2 A-II with two halon fire suppression systems (one for each gen set compartment), all current inspection (2020) tags.
Extinguishers are located thru-out both decks and provided with location labels. All required USCG safety gear was aboard including life jackets, first aid kit, day/night signal kit.
